bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea
no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it
preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole specter of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children.
Historically, the Sunny Beach resort was built for the 3-star tourist market, but during the nineties and especially during
the past several years, all new hotels that were built and all renovated hotels were built to target the 4-star and 3+ star
market. On the other hand, 20 years ago the active tourist season in Bulgaria was 3 months long and currently it lasts for at
least 6 months. For the past several years, private investors have invested in the resort more than EUR 300 million in the
construction of new hotels primarily 4-star hotels and in the renovation of the existing 3-star hotels. This hotel complex
will aim to attract a variety of the market segment. The hotel will be situated in the near the center of the resort Sunny
Beach, only 750 meters from the sea. It will be constructed on a flat terrain with an angle that will give most of the
